The only way that Dwane Casey could have kept his job is if he was somehow just really good friends with LeBron. They should name Maverick Carter their head coach.
They hired Nick Nurse and won a championship immediately, which worked out slightly better.

Herm Edwards' tenure was mediocre (26-20) and ended in a firing/scandal, but they didn't 'fucking suck' immediately, reaching three bowl games in five years.
