The Washington Wizards are 100% guaranteed to make the playoffs next season.

I am now a Wizards fan... I'm thinking the [playoffs] for sure next year... A hundred percent guaranteed. We're gonna be better than the [6% of the league]... You can't get to the [playoffs] unless you get in the [play-in].

The Wizards did not make the playoffs in 2027.

The Brooklyn Nets won the James Harden for Ben Simmons trade

I disagree. I think the Nets got the better end of the deal. Between Harden and Embiid, you basically get like a three-month period with James Harden where he can truly be happy in any environment before he starts to hate something about his life... Ben Simmons, I feel like the Nets could be the right place for Ben to be because he doesn't have to shoot.

The trade was disastrous for both teams. Simmons barely played due to injury/mental health, and Harden requested a trade from Philly a year later. Neither team won a championship with these cores.

Joel Embiid and James Harden will play great together but Embiid will get injured in March

I think James Harden and Joel Embiid are going to be fucking insane together. And they're going to go on a tear. And then Joel Embiid is going to get injured at like the end of March.

Embiid did not suffer a major injury in March 2022; he played through the playoffs (though with a thumb injury/concussion later).

Andrew Wiggins will be the new Jeff Green and get traded constantly

Andrew Wiggins, I feel like might be a new age Jeff Green where he will get traded now. This will start the process of him being traded a million different ways. He's better than that, but a million different teams and everyone will keep saying, well, he's only 26. Well, he's only 27. He's got all the upside.

Incorrect. Wiggins actually found a home with the Warriors, becoming an All-Star and the second-best player on a 2022 championship team, staying with Golden State for years.

Al Horford might be a locker room cancer

It could be Al, though. I mean, he was part of the Celtics last year. They were a locker room disaster. People think it was Kyrie. They're a locker room disaster. What's a common denominator?

The 2019-20 Sixers were indeed a disaster, and Horford was a poor fit, but he is widely regarded as one of the best locker room presences in the league (as evidenced by his successful second stint in Boston).

The Cleveland Cavaliers are going all-in for the 8-seed

Then the Cavs did the opposite and traded for [Andre] Drummond and were like, we're going to go for this. ... There's nothing better than the team that's just like, we're all in for the 8 seed.

The Cavs finished 19-46, dead last in the East, and didn't even come close to the 8-seed or the play-in.
