Takes
HankShedeur Sanders will lead the Cleveland Browns to a wild card spot and a playoff appearance
My preemptive Take of the Year. Shedeur Sanders. It's going to lead the Cleveland Browns to a wild card spot and make the playoffs. Maybe an injury. I think we did it with the NFL schedule release. I think after like week four he's not gonna start. Something's gonna happen. Maybe Flacco gets injured or steps in and leads him to glory.
Big CatThe Philadelphia 76ers will make it to the Eastern Conference Finals
I have a new preemptive take. This is a hot take. All right. The Philadelphia 76ers will make it to the Eastern Conference finals. Whoa. Now that is that not crazy? That's, I mean we just, here it is. That Joel and the opposite of chalk.
PFT CommenterCaleb Williams is entering the best situation for a second-year quarterback in the history of the NFL
I truly believe this by the way. I think that the situation that Caleb Williams is in right now is the best situation in the history of second-year quarterbacks in the entire NFL. Think about it. They shored up the offensive line. They got rid of Matt Eberflus. That's good for six wins right there. They finally have a GM and a coach that are lined up on the same contract. They've got an offensive wizard at head coach who's got a bag that's deeper than the Mariana Trench.
PFT CommenterTaylor Swift and Travis Kelce will get engaged followed by a bad album
My preemptive take of the year is that Taylor Swift and Travis [Kelce] are going to get engaged. And then she's going to put out a terrible album. Because she's happy and she doesn't have any boyfriends to complain about. And then all her fans are going to start to hate her because her music sucks because she's happy with her personal life.
HankLeBron James will respond to Skip Bayless and try to 'Time's Up' him
I think this is the year that LeBron responds to Skip. Tries to get him off the air... Skip's gonna start going after Bronny Jr. And then LeBron's gonna be like, 'that's a bridge too far. Time's up.' He's gonna try and time's up Skip.
PFT CommenterIt is time for Bill Belichick to retire because the game has passed him by
It's time for Bill Belichick to retire. Has the game passed him by?... If Mac Jones is not the answer this year... I think we're gonna have the conversation: 'Bill, is it time to go coach lacrosse?'
