The 2020 NFL season is definitely happening

All indications point that there is definitely going to be an NFL season, and we are preparing for that as the NFL... Everything that I'm told is that we are definitely having an NFL season.

The NFL season did proceed on schedule in September 2020.

Cam Newton will prove he's still an MVP with the Patriots

Cam now has a huge chip on his shoulder and he's in a position to go to a great organization and prove that he still can be Cam Newton, the MVP that we saw a couple of years ago... If he buys into [the Patriot Way], he can be a part of something really good.

Cam Newton struggled in 2020, throwing only 8 touchdowns to 10 interceptions as the Patriots missed the playoffs for the first time since 2008.

USC's standard should be winning National Championships, not just the Pac-12

It's not about the Pac-12. It's about national championships... Our goals is national championships. Um, and we, we can go ahead and take the Pac-12 along the way, but the echelon should be national championships all day, every day.

Since this take, USC has yet to win a National Championship (as of the end of the 2024 season).

Jeremy Hill will be the most physical running back in New England since Corey Dillon

[Jeremy] Hill, the new running back that they got in town. He's going to be the most physical running back in New England since Corey Dillon. Maybe even more physical.

Jeremy Hill tore his ACL in Week 1 of the 2018 season and never played for the Patriots again.

Tom Brady will play three more years and win one more Super Bowl

Gun to your head, Tom Brady, how many more years does he play? Three. How many more Super Bowls does he win? One.

Brady played 5 more seasons (retired after 2022) and won 2 more Super Bowls (LIII with NE and LV with TB).
