Takes
Michigan officially broke Ryan Day and the Ohio State program
It actually is my, my weird take here is that Michigan did it again. They broke 'em. Ryan Day had spent so much energy to beat Michigan this year, after they beat Michigan, it was over.
The U is officially back and Miami can win the national title
The U is back. The U is so back. Absolutely win the title. So yeah, that was, that was New Year's Eve, which it wasn't like the most exciting game, but it was exciting to see a team dominate Ohio State the way they did.
Indiana is definitively a better football team than Alabama
My theory going into it was Indiana is better than Alabama in every single facet of this game. In a seven point spread was so disrespectful to the type of team... No, Indiana's turned it... they're just better than Alabama. Like their dudes are better top to bottom.
Brian Kelly is not built for the SEC and does not belong in the conference
I'm gonna stand on that take. That's my official take on Brian Kelly. You could put this on a quote card. He ain't supposed to be SEC. No, he's [Jerry DiNardo]... hired him and it was like, dude, what are you doing here? You don't know our culture.
There is a zero percent chance Clemson wins the national title this year
There's 0% chance Clemson is winning the national title this year. No, because you saw what it looks like when it's the best teams... Clemson was never in that game... as soon as the dam breaks, there's just nothing they can do about it.
Tennessee will be a legitimate contender in the SEC this season
Nico [Iamaleava] looks so good that I feel like Tennessee's gonna compete in the SEC. I feel like they'll be right there.
Michigan definitely cheated in the Connor Stallions scandal, but everyone else in college football probably cheated too
I love Connor Stallions... he's essentially just every fan ever who's like, I'll do anything for my team to win... But yeah, I mean they definitely cheated. I think everyone cheated, but they definitely did too.
The PAC-12 is currently the most dominant conference in the country
The lead story right now is the PAC 12 is the most dominant conference in the country. They have eight teams in the top 25 right now... It's insane to me that the PAC 12 has been around for a hundred years and they just timed it two years too late.
Texas will make the College Football Playoff this year
I think Texas is gonna be in the college football playoff this year. I sprinkled a little future on them winning the title this year. I think they're gonna make the playoff.
Iowa will have an offensive explosion and hit the over against Western Michigan
I'm gonna take whatever the Iowa team total is. Bet the over on it. Because Ferentz is gonna keep his guys in. He knows in the back of his head, if it's late in the third quarter... they need to score some more points.
Texas is actually getting better every week even though they keep losing
I actually think that Texas is getting better every week... I do think that Texas, the more they lose, the better they get.
