All Takes
I don't mind if a baseball player is selfish as long as they produce every day
People always talk about being selfish, playing the game. I don't mind if you're selfish. The longest you bring something to the table every day.
Bryce Harper will sign with the Phillies
To be honest with you, I think Philadelphia... Philadelphia's trying to win a World Series the next few years.
The Red Sox middle relief is their biggest postseason concern
I'm a little concerned, to be honest with you, about the middle reliever. You know, I think we need to approach the opposition better when it comes down to it... once Sale got out of the game in the 6 or 7, those inning and a half, I want to make sure that we are covered.
I tried to hit triples in 2016 because my wife promised me special 'rewards' for them
My wife made me some offer behind the scenes. That's why I always want to accomplish a triple. One game I hit two. I don't know if you remember that. My wife take off running.
MLB Opening Day should be a national holiday
I'm extremely excited about opening day because for the first time, you're going to have all 30 teams playing on the same day, March 29th. It should be a national holiday. Everybody should be up for work. Even you guys should be just watching baseball that day.
I would definitely hit at least one home run if I came out of retirement in 2018
The only thing I can guarantee you, I'm going to hit a homer. At least one. Yes. I just don't know when.
Aaron Rodgers is not overrated for only having one Super Bowl ring
I don't think people should throw trash about him because, first of all, he's one of the greatest quarterback. He's going to finish there his career. One of the greatest I ever played a game. And bro, at the end of the day, winning a Super Bowl is not an easy thing to do. The longest you win one, you're good.
The Dodgers will be special and could win the World Series because it's hard for Houston to go back-to-back
It's not going to be Houston again. It's hard to go back to back. I believe the Dodgers can be a special this year.
Clayton Kershaw runs out of gas in the playoffs because he pitches too much in the regular season
I think Kershaw, he need to start looking at the regular season, he needs to reflect the playoff on the regular season. He seems like he goes too far during the regular season. And once the playoff kicks in, he seems like he is a little bit out of gas. If you are up by five runs in the sixth, why you got to continue going out there?
