The 76ers will win the NBA championship this year

The second I sold, I went out and said the Sixers are winning the championship this year. I fully believe that's happening. I think it was my sale of the ownership that motivated everybody to play that much harder.

The 76ers lost to the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference Semifinals in 2023.

Josh Harris will successfully buy the Washington Commanders

I believe that Josh will get this done. That's my prediction. I believe that Josh will get this done... and I'm rooting for him. He grew up in Washington. I think he'll be a really good owner of that team.

Josh Harris officially bought the Commanders in July 2023.

The Buffalo Bills winning a Super Bowl would be the biggest merchandise market for Fanatics

What you generally look for is teams with great heritage that haven't won for a long time. The Buffalo Bills would be spectacular for business. Because they have great heritage... think about everyone who grew up in Buffalo who has any connectivity in Buffalo. Every one of them would buy $500 in merchandise.

The Bills have yet to win a Super Bowl, so the literal sales claim is unverified, but it's a verifiable industry prediction.

There should be a maximum age of 65 for the US Presidency

I firmly believe this. If there's one rule that should be put in place right now... there needs to be an age max. You cannot be president past 65 for the first term... you'd have sharper people that could be more aggressive. I want the leader of our country to be a great leader but be able to really affect change.

This is a subjective political opinion that cannot be proven correct or incorrect.

Sports owners focus much more on winning than making money

I think most owners in sports are much more focused on winning than they are making money from the business... I think they think winning first. And if you win, then profits follow.

Inherently subjective; depends on the specific owner.

The Sixers are the second biggest team in Philly, behind only the Eagles

When the team was acquired by our group in 2011 – We were the fourth team in the market. It was 100%. It was Eagles, Phillies, Flyers, Sixers. Today, without question, it's Eagles, Sixers.

During the peak Embiid/Simmons era, the Sixers were arguably the second most relevant team in the city, though the Phillies' recent World Series run may have changed this.

I will own an NFL team in the future

I'm a young guy. I think it's a great opportunity. It's something I'd like to do in the future.

Rubin sold his stake in the Sixers/Devils in 2022 to avoid conflicts of interest with Fanatics' expansion into sports betting, positioning him to potentially buy an NFL team later.

The Seattle Seahawks are not a good ownership situation for me

The Seattle Seahawks, which are, you know, people say are going to be sold over the next couple of years. That's not a great situation for me. It's in the Pacific Northwest. I live in the Northeast.

He has not attempted to buy the Seahawks.
