Kirk Cousins is the worst kind of quarterback because he gives you enough hope to hurt you

Nothing in this world will break your spirit faster than having to be a fan that gets excited for Kirk Cousins on a Sunday. He is the worst kind of quarterback because he's the kind that's good enough where when he fucks up, it really hurts you. It disappoints you... He is good enough to give you enough hope, where then when he fucks up, he totally drives you into deep, deep depression.

Subjective assessment of fan experience and player consistency.

The Falcons lead the league in fucking up in the red zone

The Falcons lead the league, and this is a stat I haven't looked up, but I'm just going to say it, lead the league in fucking up in the red zone. Every single Falcons game comes down to them fucking up in the red zone.

The Falcons finished 2019 ranked 25th in Red Zone TD percentage, supporting the general sentiment of the take.

I'm considering putting the 'Dunn' chain on the Carolina Panthers

I'm considering putting the Dunn chain on the Panthers. They don't have anywhere to go without Cam Newton.

The Panthers finished 5-11 and Cam Newton only played 2 games that season, effectively ending their competitive hopes as PFT suggested.

Bengals coach Zach Taylor has a sketchy vibe and doesn't pop on the sidelines

[Zach Taylor] is a tough guy to vibe out on because he looks like an assistant coach on the sidelines... I would go as far as to say he's got a sketchy vibe because you just don't know what he's doing. He shows up at a party and all your friends that are girls look at each other with side glances.

This is a subjective assessment of a person's personality and presence.

The Chiefs-Rams Trent McDuffy trade is the first true win-win trade in NFL history

I think the only win-win trade in the history of the NFL might be the McDuffy trade. The one that just happened. Where the the Chiefs traded McDuffy to the Rams. The Rams don't give a fuck about first round picks. They got a great player and they still have their better first round pick from the Falcons. That to me is the first win-win trade in the history of the NFL.

Subjective assessment of trade value over time.

The Rams have proven that first-round draft picks outside of the top 10 don't matter

Are the Rams doing it correctly? Not that draft picks don't matter. Draft picks outside of the top 10 don't matter as much... instead of taking risks on a bunch of 21 year olds, let's get the known commodity knowing it's a crapshoot and just keep punting that down the line being like, we don't care.

This is a subjective organizational philosophy that has yielded mixed results for other teams, though the Rams have remained competitive.

Alec Pierce is about to get a massive contract in free agency

I think Alec Pierce is about to get paid too. I think the market on Alec Pierce is gonna be crazy. Possible Patriot. Possible Commander.

Pierce remained on his rookie contract through 2024; he did not hit free agency or get a 'crazy' bag in 2025.
