I would not leave the Masters if I were winning, even for the birth of my first child

If I was winning the Masters, I would not leave. First kid. I agree with you. First kid. First kid. I would first kid if I was winning the Masters. If I was winning the Masters, I would not leave.

Personal stance on a hypothetical situation.

UConn just completed the most dominant postseason run of any team in history

The most dominant stretch in postseason play of any team ever. The best, the best run of any team ever. I think we could say like UConn dominate everybody. The games were not particularly exciting. UConn, they, I think they're the best second half team in the entire tournament by a vast margin.

UConn won all 6 games by 13+ points for the second straight year, a historic level of point-differential dominance.

Dan Hurley's press conference after losing to Villanova in 2020 will go down as one of the coolest, most badass clips of all time

Danny Hurley's press conference after the Villanova lost in 2020 might go down as one of the coolest, most badass Clips of all time when he said, get us now, 'cause we're coming and you're not gonna get us later.

The clip is widely regarded as iconic in college basketball history now that UConn has achieved this dominance.

Dan Hurley is the new face of college basketball

[Dan Hurley] shows his emotion and he's not a fucking robot and he's the new face of college basketball.

Winning back-to-back titles and the media attention he commands makes this a widely accepted take.

Michigan was definitively the better team in the National Championship and it never felt like UConn was in danger of winning.

Michigan was the better team. We all saw it. It never felt like [the game] was in danger. Like the only moment that I was like, oh, UConn might have a chance, was when there was like maybe five and a half minutes left and Mullens missed that three to cut it to four.

The episode presents Michigan winning the 2026 National Championship as a fact within the show's timeline.

Michigan was the best team all year — outside of Duke, who would have won the championship by a lot

They were the best team. They were the best team all year outside of Duke. 'Cause that actually was my other big takeaway — Duke just completely, Duke beat this Michigan team a month and a half ago.

Subjective comparison of team quality. Duke did beat Michigan during the regular season in 2025-26.

Danny Hurley is 18-1 against the spread in his last four NCAA tournaments, which is insane

Danny Hurley remains 18 and one in the last four tournaments against the spread. How insane is that? Furman is the only one that they didn't cover. That was the first round this year.

This is a factual claim about Hurley's ATS record over the last four NCAA tournaments. Based on UConn's remarkable tournament run, this is plausible and presented as a known stat. Cannot fully verify exact record but the claim is stated as fact.
