Basically all of this adds up to Matt Eberflus is to blame for this, which I came to that conclusion on Sunday night. But it's good to hear the players back it up. And then on top of all of that, we had a report just a couple hours ago that apparently Ben Johnson was interested in the Bears job last year.

And also you also risk losing the locker room when all the other guys are dependent on the quarterback for their salary. They're not getting the ball, the offense isn't moving.
