The Big 10 is currently the best conference in college football
The Big 10 is, is the best conference in college football right now. And I think they will probably win their fourth national title with the fourth different team this year.

View episodeStan Kroenke buying the Los Angeles Angels is a boring story, but it's good for baseball
The biggest story though, other than that, is a boring story that teams just keep getting sold and bought. And Stan Kroenke is now the owner of the Los Angeles Angels, which I think is good.
LSU getting kicked out of the SEC would actually be good for their brand
The SEC condemned [bringing back NFL camp players] and then they got together and they're talking about banning it, and then now they're saying that they will in fact kick LSU out if they attempt to do this. Okay. Which, I mean, this is good. I think for LSU'S brand, it's just being like Rebels. Yeah. And a conference that also features Ole Miss. They are the true rebels.
West Virginia will have a 'Rich Rod Renaissance' year in 2026
I'm gonna take West Virginia minus 21. I'm high on Rich Rod. I think he's gonna get his swagger back this year. Okay. I think this is a Rich Rod renaissance year. You just close your eyes. Late October gameday's at Morgantown. Pat McAfee's going crazy. Rich Rod. Hey, it's, it's like the old days.

View profileTexas is not the clear #2 team in the SEC; their schedule is nasty and the program vibes feel tenuous
I push back on Texas being the clear number two, the more I thought about it. That schedule is so nasty... I just don't like the whispers around the program right now. It feels like Sark never really has that thing where he is like, you know, I know Cignetti at Indiana is a firm leader and that thing is tight. Georgia, Kirby Smart, same thing... but I don't feel that at Texas.
Texas A&M is a fake top 10 team this year
I don't believe in them at all. A&M fans think I'm just a hater, but last year... their first seven games in the SEC were against teams ranked 10th through 16th in the SEC. They needed a miracle to beat South Carolina. Then they finally get to Texas, they finally get to Miami. They can't score, they can't move the ball. And I think the quarterback is just okay. And I think they had to revamp the offensive and defensive lines. They're not getting that schedule again. I think A&M right now is a fake top 10 team.
Florida could start the season 6-0 and be a dangerous spoiler in the SEC
Let me say Florida, I think Florida brings back a decent defense... If they can get any sort of quarterback play, that schedule early, they catch Ole Miss coming off the LSU week in early September. This is a team that could start 6-0. And if they're 6-0 going into that gauntlet in the back half, there's somebody that can really mess with the powers that be in the SEC.
