Penalty kicks are more mental than technical

It's not about your skills. It's about what you have in your head right now. You have a couple of seconds to prepare mentally, to prepare your head and to know what you want to do, that you have to in the end score the penalty.

The relative importance of mental versus technical skill in penalty taking is an expert opinion and cannot be resolved as a single fact.

The Brewers' pressure created their 'lucky' breaks

That's not luck. That's just the Brewers and what they did to you mentally, where it's like you have to be perfect and almost made teams just become a worse version of themselves because of what the Brewers were doing to them.

This is an evaluative baseball argument rather than a claim with one definitive result.

The Bears are building around Jeffrey Simmons correctly

Jeffrey Simmons is an absolute game wrecker. Top three at his position, changes everyone around him. The Bears had a weakness in their defense, especially run defense. They made it a strength.

The assessment of Simmons' impact and positional ranking is partly subjective and will depend on his Chicago performance.

Jeffrey Simmons makes the Bears Super Bowl contenders

I thought they could win the Super Bowl before Jeffrey Simmons. Now I really do.

The 2026 NFL season and Super Bowl outcome have not yet been resolved from the episode date.

Five goals in nine minutes may never be broken

Nobody did this and probably nobody's gonna do this, because if you start to think about this, it's impossible to break this record or do or make this record.

Whether another player will equal or surpass the feat remains a future historical question.

Late starters can still reach the top

It's not in soccer, it doesn't depend when you start, but more importantly is how you finish.

This is a general philosophy about player development rather than a claim with a definitive right or wrong answer.
