Spencer Carberry is the frontrunner for the Jack Adams Award

Probably the biggest surprise so far this year has been the Washington Capitals... I would have to say [Spencer] Carberry the coach. He, he, he's the front runner for the Jack Adams. He just is such a modern day coach.

Spencer Carbery of the Washington Capitals won the 2024-25 Jack Adams Award in a runaway vote with 81 first-place votes out of 103 ballots.

The Bears should fire their entire organization to the sun and George McCaskey should feel shame

Fire this whole fucking organization to the sun. I'm so sick of it. I apologize again from the bottom of my heart that that is some of the worst football... George McCaskey should feel shame. He won't feel shame.

The Bears organization is widely criticized, but firing an entire organization to the sun is a subjective hyperbolic desire.

The Bears should offer Ben Johnson every dollar they have to be their next head coach

Go fucking give Ben Johnson every last dollar in your bank account, George McCaskey. And, and, and guess what? If it, if, if it, if Ben Johnson turns out to be a bad coach, I can't be mad that they at least tried... go get the number one guy.

This is an opinion on team strategy.

The Chiefs are going to win the Super Bowl again

They're gonna win the Super Bowl again. Just accept it... what's gonna end up happening is the Chiefs now with the one seed, their second round game is going to be a team that they will kill and then they will play one game to get to the Super Bowl... and then it's Patrick Mahomes in the Super Bowl.

The Chiefs lost Super Bowl LIX to the Eagles 22-40. They did not win the Super Bowl again.

The NHL should move to a longer 3-on-3 overtime to avoid shootouts

I actually think that they should move to a longer three on three. Even if you added two extra minutes... I think would, would make a lot more games end in in in overtime as opposed to going to a shootout.

Shootouts remain a divisive topic in hockey, and many fans/players share this sentiment.

If Team USA and Canada meet in the final, it will go to overtime

I'll say that the way that the Olympics have gone so far, as far as the hockey, I think it's going to overtime. I think it's gonna be Canada, us.

The gold medal game outcome is unknown.

Hockey is on the rise and the Four Nations tournament will be a high-stakes precursor to the Olympics

Hockey's on the rise man. On the rise. Hockey's on a heater as we always say on the podcast, the last two years. And on top of that, boys we're heading into an Olympic year. With all that Four Nations... precursor to the Olympics coming up. It ain't the Olympics. We all know that. But don't act like they weren't playing for something. They were playing for pride.

This is an inherently subjective opinion about the state of the sport and the prestige of a specific tournament.
