The Houston Astros officially cursed the city of Houston

Do you think this has anything to do with the Houston Astros have now officially cursed the city of Houston? Because James Harden and now Deshaun Watson both want out of town... It all goes back to the Houston Astros and their cheating scandal.

The subsequent years saw the Rockets and Texans enter deep rebuilds with little success, though the Astros themselves remained a powerhouse, somewhat debunking a total city curse.

The Houston Rockets are the winners of the James Harden trade

The Rockets, actually, I will say are a winner just because James Harden was going to eat himself to 300 pounds, was not going to try... they got anything for him, and they got a lot. They got a lot of picks.

While the Rockets got many picks, the immediate return didn't yield a contender, and Harden's Nets tenure was a disaster, eventually making the trade look decent for Houston in hindsight.

The Nets will break the NBA scoring record

They're going to score 150 points a game... They could break the record. I think the record's like 250.

The NBA record for points in a game by one team is 186 (Detroit, 1983). The Nets never came close to 250.

The formula for the Browns to beat the Chiefs is a dominant run game and keeping Patrick Mahomes off the field

We have to have the absolute best running game that the Cleveland organization has seen in the last 10 years... and the Chiefs defense is like 31st against the run. If we can get out to control the clock, early start, gain a lead, and kill time, that is our best chance.

The Browns did use this strategy and nearly won, losing 22-17 after Mahomes left with a concussion.

If you don't like Lamar Jackson, you're an asshole

I'm a huge Lamar Jackson fan. I am. Even though I'm a Browns guy, I feel like he's the most likable player in the NFL. If you don't like Lamar, you're an asshole. That's how I kind of feel.

This is entirely subjective.

Eventually there will be a QB who runs like Lamar Jackson and passes like Patrick Mahomes

Think about eventually there's going to be a quarterback who can run like Lamar and pass like Patrick Mahomes. And then our minds are going to be just blown at that point.

The league is seeing more dual-threat QBs (Josh Allen, Anthony Richardson, Caleb Williams prospects), but a true hybrid with both Lamar's speed and Mahomes' arm is still the holy grail.
