LeBron James is returning to the Cleveland Cavaliers for the third time

Pardon My Take... July 10th. We are the first to report that LeBron James is going back to Cleveland... LeBron James is a Cleveland Cavalier yet again for the third time in his career.

Prediction Basketball Fire

LeBron James did not return to the Cleveland Cavaliers for a third time. Instead, he signed a two-year deal with the Philadelphia 76ers in July 2026, as confirmed by multiple reports and his own social media post.

France is unstoppable in the 2026 World Cup

When we first got the bracket, I said I was gonna go chalk and just bet on France. They just seem like there's nothing that you can do to stop him. France looks unstoppable.

Prediction Soccer Mild

France was eliminated in the semifinals of the 2026 FIFA World Cup after losing 2-0 to Spain. They subsequently lost the third-place playoff match to England with a score of 6-4, demonstrating they were not 'unstoppable'.

England will beat the Netherlands and then lose a heartbreaking match to Argentina

I think England's gonna win this weekend. And then you'll have the realization that it might not actually be coming home after all... losing to Argentina at that stage, that would be the most heartbreaking loss they could possibly have.

Prediction Soccer Medium

PFT Commenter's prediction was partially correct. England did not play the Netherlands; the Netherlands lost to Morocco in the knockout stages of the 2026 World Cup. However, England did lose a heartbreaking semi-final match to Argentina by a score of 2-1 on July 15, 2026, with Argentina scoring a stoppage-time winner.

The toxicity towards Christian Pulisic proves America is finally a real soccer country

I think with the amount of vitriol that has gone towards Christian Pulisic, we have shown for the first time we might be a real soccer country because that actually, it's nuts how he's gotten bashed by everyone. The fact that it's gotten so toxic towards this one guy, it's like, oh shit. Maybe we could become a country that people cared that much about it.
