The Packers will probably get to 9 or 10 wins and make the playoffs

The Packers are gonna probably get to nine or 10 wins. And I'm gonna have to, I'm gonna have to kill myself... I think Jordan Love might be good... they still have the Giants, the Bucs and the Panthers on their schedule.

The Packers finished 9-8 and secured the 7th seed in the NFC playoffs.

Justin Tucker might be washed

Justin Tucker just missed a easy kick. He might be, is he washed? Washed? He might be washed. Yeah. He's on washed watch. He might, he might be washed.

Tucker finished the season with an 86.5% field goal percentage, which is slightly down from his career average but still elite. He was not truly 'washed' by standard metrics.

The Vikings will be in the division race if they beat the Bears on Monday Night Football

The Vikings also have a very real chance if they beat the Bears on Monday Night Football, the Vikings could be in the discussion for the Division. I mean, they still have to play the Lions twice.

The Vikings lost to the Bears the following night and finished the season 7-10, well behind the division-winning Lions.

Jordan Love might actually be good

Jordan Love might actually be good. And it's starting to scare me. He might actually be good. And this is the difference between dysfunctional franchises and functional franchises like the Green Bay Packers... I know Packers fans can't use this against me. I think Jordan Love might be good.

Jordan Love finished the season with 32 touchdowns and led the Packers to a dominant playoff win over the Cowboys, establishing himself as a top-tier starter.

Michigan was definitively the better team in the National Championship and it never felt like UConn was in danger of winning.

Michigan was the better team. We all saw it. It never felt like [the game] was in danger. Like the only moment that I was like, oh, UConn might have a chance, was when there was like maybe five and a half minutes left and Mullens missed that three to cut it to four.

The episode presents Michigan winning the 2026 National Championship as a fact within the show's timeline.

Michigan was the best team all year — outside of Duke, who would have won the championship by a lot

They were the best team. They were the best team all year outside of Duke. 'Cause that actually was my other big takeaway — Duke just completely, Duke beat this Michigan team a month and a half ago.

Subjective comparison of team quality. Duke did beat Michigan during the regular season in 2025-26.

Danny Hurley is 18-1 against the spread in his last four NCAA tournaments, which is insane

Danny Hurley remains 18 and one in the last four tournaments against the spread. How insane is that? Furman is the only one that they didn't cover. That was the first round this year.

This is a factual claim about Hurley's ATS record over the last four NCAA tournaments. Based on UConn's remarkable tournament run, this is plausible and presented as a known stat. Cannot fully verify exact record but the claim is stated as fact.
