The Yankees will beat the Rays

I'm gonna pick the Yankees, man. I think they're rolling. After that statement series against Boston, I think the Yankees are in a good spot.

The Yankees-Rays series result is not stated in the transcript and needs to be checked after the series.

The Browns are a good football team

The Browns are good. They might be a good football team. If they can get consistent play from Deshaun, they will be in the race for the division at the end of the year.

The Browns' eventual division finish is not established in the transcript and requires the rest of the season to be played.

Mike Tomlin's Minecraft video is the video of the year

Mike Tomlin's Minecraft was the video of the year. I'll say that right now. His attention to detail was just remarkable, and his love for exterior design and interior design—he loved building out furniture on all the patios.

Video-of-the-year is a subjective ranking.

The wild-card round should be one game

The three-game wild-card series sucks. You shouldn't call it a series. There's no feel for it. I think that's probably the best way to do it.

The Phillies are not going to lose

If I was at Atlanta, I'd be a little worried right now. This is one of those situations where you're at home field and it could be more of a pressure situation. I don't think Philly's gonna lose.

The Phillies lost the elimination game and were eliminated, so Hosmer's prediction that Philadelphia would not lose was incorrect.

There is no chance against Mason Miller

Mason Miller's slider is one of the best pitches in baseball. You've got 105 with a wipeout slider, so there's really nothing you can do if you're a right-handed hitter. There's just absolutely no chance against Mason Miller.

The claim is an emphatic baseball evaluation rather than a definitively testable statement; individual at-bats can disprove the literal absolute.

The White Sox are dangerous because Cleveland will be rusty

This is a dangerous situation for Cleveland. You're going five days as a hitter without seeing pitching. So that's tough. Cleveland already can't hit. Now you're going against the White Sox. They're coming in a young energetic group.

The claim combines a subjective assessment of Cleveland's offense with a testable playoff matchup effect; the series outcome would not fully prove the broader assertion.
