Carson Wentz will do something in Week 18 that pisses everyone off regarding the playoff race

Carson Wentz. All I know for a fact is that he will do something that will piss everybody off with the way it impacts the playoff race. Probably gonna be a tie if you put Carson, if he starts that game, plays the whole game, it'll probably be a tie. Everyone's gonna get confused and then something's gonna happen where you're gonna be like, goddammit, that sucks that Carson Wentz started that game.

Wentz did not start or significantly impact the playoff race in Week 18 as the Chiefs relied on other rotations.

Jerod Mayo should be fired for how poorly the Patriots look

I feel like Jerod Mayo, like he's gotta be fired, right? They were... you're gonna make the same mistake the Bears just made where it's like keeping a bad head coach around for a young quarterback is not a good thing.

The Patriots fired Jerod Mayo after his first season as head coach following a poor 2024 performance.

Joe Burrow should win NFL MVP if he throws three more touchdowns in Week 18

If he throws three touchdown passes in week 18, it's gonna be unprecedented that a quarterback had the season he had and didn't end up winning the MVP...

Lamar Jackson won the NFL MVP. Joe Burrow only threw one touchdown in Week 18 and the Bengals missed the playoffs.

Joe Burrow is the NFL MVP regardless of whether the Bengals make the playoffs

I'm just gonna say it. Joe Burrow should be the MVP. I think regardless of if they make the Playoffs or not, Joe Burrow should be the MVP. He's been the best player. And that's, I know that's not what the, the award has become, but it should be... the award is what it says that it is originally, which is the best player, the most valuable player in the NFL.

Lamar Jackson won the NFL MVP for the 2024 season.

The 4-1 loss to Belgium was the worst USMNT performance in years

That was the worst performance from the US that I've seen in years. Just completely lackluster from the start. So much blame to go around. Tim Ream, friend of the program, good guy over the hill, turned into soccer Shawn Bradley before our very eyes got dunked on twice.

Subjective opinion on the quality of the performance.

Christian Pulisic was a 'no-show' and looked like he didn't care against Belgium

Christian Pulisic, the long anointed Captain America future face of this league for American soccer. Absolute no show of a game, I would say worse than a no show of a game. And then he checks himself out. Just looks lackluster, looks like he doesn't care at all. Had the most turnovers on the field of anybody. That played just really, really, really bad.

Subjective evaluation of Pulisic's effort and performance.

The US will never close the skill gap compared to the rest of the world in soccer

People will never close the skill gap. USA will never close the skill gap compared to the rest of the world in soccer.

Historically, the US has struggled to produce technical talent on par with Brazil or Europe.
