Gamblers should bet Northwestern at home at 11:00 AM versus USC when they join the Big Ten

I got to imagine that this is going to provide a great opportunity to gamblers out there who get to finally like hammer Northwestern at home versus USC at 11:00 AM when there's like a tornado in Chicago. And the Trojans quarterback has like never seen a cloud before.

USC played Northwestern at home in 2024 and won 31-23, though it wasn't a morning game or in a 'tornado'.

Adding USC and UCLA to the Big 10 is a more natural fit than Rutgers and Maryland

What made more sense? Like from a traditional standpoint, adding Rutgers and Maryland or USC and UCLA? Like this actually is more of a natural fit than Rutgers and Maryland were.

Subjective opinion on conference fit.

In 10 years, major college athletic programs will be separate entities from the schools

Probably like 10 years from now where schools are now, like the athletic programs, the big time college football and college basketball will just be separate from the school. They'll just have the name of that school... they won't have to follow fall under the jurisdiction of the NCAA and they'll just license the name out.

This is a long-term prediction. Trends in NIL and revenue sharing are moving in this direction, but it hasn't fully happened yet.

Oregon belongs in the SEC based on vibes alone

I honestly think that on vibes alone, Oregon should be in the sec. I feel like that's, that's where they belong as a, as a school. If I'm just like going strictly off five.

Oregon eventually joined the Big 10, not the SEC.

Duke would have won the National Championship by 50 points if they had reached the final.

I think if Duke plays in the championship game, they win by 50. Easily. That was a wasted opportunity.

This is a hyperbolic counterfactual that cannot be proven, making it subjective.

Michigan is already the favorite to win the National Championship again next season.

Michigan I think is right now the favorites to win next season. Tough to win back to back, but he has to hit the portal. He has to be active... which he already is.

This is a prediction for the next college basketball season.

College basketball is now 'pay to win' and that's unsustainable

It's a pay to win tournament. Like basketball is ruined. Unsustainable. Yeah, that's the new word that I keep hearing.

Subjective opinion about the direction of college sports governance.
