The current USMNT is capable of beating any team in the world

I'm at the point now where I've said, if we play like that, that team is capable of beating any team in the world. I'm not saying that we're going to or that we're going to run through... But I think that team could beat any team in the world.

This is an assessment of team potential, which is subjective.

Jalen Brunson walking down Broadway with the Larry O'Brien trophy is the coolest anyone has ever looked.

Jalen Brunson had a great quote and... he was just walking, I think it was down Broadway with the Larry O'Brien trophy. Literally the king of New York. Probably the coolest moment that or the coolest anyone's ever looked, just walking, being like, this is all mine.

Subjective opinion on coolness.

The New York Knicks championship feels like the biggest one in recent NBA history because of how long the city has waited.

I have seen some New York Knicks fans saying that this championship for them feels like three or four for another franchise just because of how much it means to the city and how long they've waited for it. [...] It definitely feels like more, it feels like the biggest one outta that run where we've got like a new champion every year.

Subjective feeling about championship weight.

Trae Young will re-sign with the Wizards on a team-friendly deal to help build a championship roster.

I'm pretty sure Trae Young is gonna leave technically in free agency. He's gonna become a free agent then he is gonna sign like a three-year deal for a lower average annual value than 48.97. So he wants to stick around and maybe, listen, we just saw what the New York Knicks did with Jalen Brunson taking a pay cut.

PFT Commenter predicted Trae Young would sign a three-year deal for a lower average annual value than $48.97 million after becoming a free agent. While Young did decline his $48.97 million player option and re-signed with the Washington Wizards, he signed a four-year, $212 million contract. This new deal has an average annual value of $53 million, which is higher than the predicted amount, and is for four years, not three.

The Rams' Australia travel plan was an all-time 'fuck it' move

It was a terrible idea that Sean McVay tried to do, but I have to respect how much of an all-time fuck-it move it was to just pretend that time zones don't exist. He was just like, you know what, fuck it, we're not gonna adapt. We're gonna fly in, fly out.

The Rams lost the Australia opener after using the fly-in/fly-out approach, supporting the criticism in this game-specific judgment.

KOC will get the best out of Kyler Murray

I think that what he's gonna get the absolute best outta Kyler Murray that he possibly can at this point, which I think should be good enough to be a pretty good team this year.

Kyler Murray's 2026 season and Minnesota's performance will determine whether this forecast holds.

Jayden Daniels is going to remind everyone that the bad man is back

I think Jayden Daniels, he's as healthy as he has been since the start of last season. ... I think that he's gonna remind a lot of people who he is. Yeah. That's what I think. I think the bad man might be back.

Daniels' 2026 season will determine whether he re-established himself as an elite or feared quarterback.
