The new Washington Commanders uniforms are top 10 in the NFL

The commander's uniforms... didn't fuck it up. The uniforms themselves. They're perfect... They're simple white, they're burgundy. The gold pants are awesome... Their uniforms are miles better than what they were. I think we said the worst uniforms in football. Now I'd put them, in my opinion, they're top 10.

Uniform rankings are inherently subjective.

Andre Drummond might be better than Joel Embiid

Andre Drummond... might be better than [Joel] Embiid. Max, I'm not gonna lie... He still has his appendix. Best ability is availability.

While Drummond is more durable, Embiid is a perennial MVP candidate and objectively the better player; the claim is hyperbolic.

I've also already said if we beat the Celtics, that's, that's an NBA finals. I don't care what happens the rest of it.

This is a subjective emotional assessment of what the victory would mean to him as a fan.

The Orlando Magic are a total bummer to watch

The [Orlando] Magic are the biggest bummer in the world to watch. Yeah. That team stinks. They are, they just play just basketball. That's not fun to watch. Paolo [Banchero] stinks. Paolo is so bad. He was like seven for 22. It's like my turn your turn offense.

The entertainment value of a team is subjective, though Banchero is widely considered an ascending star despite this critique.

The Wizards will be a fun play-in team next year with Anthony Davis and Trae Young

Fast forward one year from today... I think we're gonna be the fun playing team... Anthony Davis and Trae Young... That's a good young core add in a high draft pick next year will be like the eight seed.

The likelihood of both Davis and Young joining a rebuilding Wizards team simultaneously is near zero.

The 2026 World Cup is going to suck because of terrible logistics

I think the World Cup is gonna suck. I think everyone's fucking it up... MetLife's already a joke. It's, it's a terrible place, terrible location and just overall terrible experience... FIFA is a cartel. It's organized crime that has a death grip on world soccer... run by people who are openly antagonistic to their consumers.

The success or failure of the World Cup logistics will be determined when the tournament takes place in mid-2026.

The Toronto Maple Leafs will win the Stanley Cup this year

I think that this is the Leaf's year. I think that this is the year that they're gonna win the Stanley Cup.

Immediately wrong — Keith Yandle reveals right after this take that the Leafs didn't make the playoffs. They were fighting for a draft lottery position instead of the Stanley Cup.
