The Redskins botched the Trent Williams trade situation by leaking fake offers
What Bruce Allen ended up doing in this situation was he made up some trade offers for Trent Williams back in September... turns out neither one of those offers was true and he just waited until the last minute hoping that somebody would call and offer a first-round pick; didn't happen.

View episodeDave Martinez's ejection in Game 6 was a legendary move and good for the team
The hero of the night is Dave Martinez. Trying to fight an Umpire with a bad ticker... he went full fucking aggro rageaholic on the omps and I loved every second of it. That's a manager who you want to play for.
The Nationals are a team of destiny and will not lose Game 7 of the World Series
I think that we were right [Big Cat] I think was the first to report this will give credit to him that the Nats are team of Destiny. Yes, they are there and they are not going to lose game seven. If they do I will eat this podcast.
Justin Verlander can't win in the World Series, even if it is a 'bullshit narrative'
Verlander can't win a game of the World Series which is kind of bullshit narrative because he's pitched well in some World Series games but that's not going to get in between me and we're hot takes. We are a Jose [Altuve]... I'm a results-based guy. 0 and 6.

View profileThe 2026 World Cup final was boring and sucked.
It was boring ass soccer. It sucked. It made me thankful that the World Cup's over, that football's back. Now we can get back into real football, which I'm very, very thankful for. But that was actually, I think that was the best way to end the World Cup, because I'm totally fine with no more soccer now.
Fanatics Fest is a cynical place designed only to take money from fans.
It also seems like the most cynical place ever. Like, you can go to an autograph festival or a fan festival and you know that the guys are being paid to be there. And they're still like, happy to see, interact with you, all that shit. It just seems like every single thing about being at that place is just designed to take money from the people that are there.
Bryson DeChambeau is being targeted by selective rule enforcement.
I think that Bryson definitely did it and it's definitely against the rules. And he got caught for it and they enforced it against him because he's a bad boy. He's had some run-ins before. I don't think the R&A or whatever, I don't think they're particularly happy with Bryson right now.
