My advice would be to throw it very slow. The slower... once you get to like 65, 70 miles an hour, that's when guys are gonna start unleashing on it. My advice would be to hone in a really slow pitch over the zone. If you can like dial in a 45 mile an hour fastball and throw it on the two seams, don't throw it on the four seams, throw it on the two seams, it'll cut for you and do some cool sinking stuff.

I'd like to. There's no doubt about it. I've let everybody know that I definitely would be interested in that job... Ben Johnson's gonna be a superstar, in my opinion, maybe the next Bill Walsh. Like, so to me if you could add him... I think this kid right here has a chance to be outstanding like hall of fame type guy. I know the way he prepares, I know all that type of stuff.

That's an underrated thing right there. Strength and conditioning thing. 'Cause guess what, guess how many coaches know anything about strength and conditioning? That'd be zero. Nobody does. But it's so damn important.
