Lamar Jackson will get hurt at some point due to his running style

The only problem is [Lamar Jackson] is going to get hurt at some point. I mean, I hope that he doesn't, but eventually he will. Ravens fans will say he doesn't run like every other running quarterback ever—he's good at avoiding hits, he's phenomenal—but if you look at the history of the NFL, eventually he's gonna get tucked.

Lamar Jackson did eventually suffer significant injuries later in his career (2021, 2022), though he also won two MVPs before and after those stints.

The Patriots beat themselves more than the Ravens beat them

I think the Ravens played a good game. I think Lamar Jackson is very good. But I think the Patriots beat themselves more than the Ravens beat them... turnovers will bounce their way, but it looks like the Patriots fucked themselves today with too many penalties and too many turnovers.

While the Patriots had errors, the Ravens dominated physically and Lamar Jackson had a legendary performance. Most analysts credited the Ravens more.

The Jaguars must start Nick Foles over Gardner Minshew

I think this is a no-brainer. You have to start Nick Foles. And that's not saying Gardner Minshew isn't a quarterback in the NFL going forward, but you have money invested in Nick Foles... Gardner Minshew basically made it so either he plays so well that it's a no-doubter or he shits the bed right before Nick Foles came back. And guess what? He shit the bed.

The Jaguars did start Nick Foles in Week 11, but he was benched back for Minshew after three starts.

Kirk Cousins is the quarterback you'd least want in the fourth quarter

If you had to ask yourself starting quarterbacks, who is the guy that you would at least want to have the ball in the fourth quarter to bring a team back to win? I actually think it's Kirk Cousins... He had the ball twice at the end of the game [against the Chiefs], three and out, three and out, and not even close.

Cousins has statistically improved in late-game situations over time, but in 2019, this was a widely held opinion.

Betting the over on Alabama basketball is a cheat code

Alabama by the way is a cheat code if you want to get in on it. It's just betting their overs. They just never stopped missing. This has been like, oh, two weeks now they're over under for the first half was 45 and a half points last night. They scored 69 in the first half.

The 'cheat code' status of a team's over is based on a specific run of games; eventually, Vegas adjusts the lines.

Tua Tagovailoa's market value is non-existent relative to his contract

Everything's on the table for the Dolphins. Tua could be a fullback. What would you... What do you think the Dolphins would say yes to for a trade for Tua? Like a sixth round pick for Tua? A jugs machine? I don't know what the hell would Tua's market be?

The Dolphins' internal view on 'everything being on the table' is a subjective claim about team strategy.
