The 2023 Final Four will have no #1 or #2 seeds

It would not shock me if when we get to Houston for the final four, if there's no one and two seeds in the final four.

The 2023 Final Four consisted of UConn (4), San Diego State (5), Miami (5), and Florida Atlantic (9). No #1 or #2 seeds reached the Final Four.

Virginia's 2019 National Title was a fluke

Virginia's upset loss to Furman further proves 2019 national title was a fluke... Do they suck? I don't even think their national title counts anymore.

While they did win the title, their history around it includes being the first #1 seed to lose to a #16, and multiple subsequent losses to double-digit seeds.

UCLA is America's team because they are the most fun blueblood to root for

I think UCLA is America's team. They're the most fun blueblood to root for. They're kind of scrappy underdogs right now. Not only with their head coach, but also they've lost a lot of players of injuries.

The concept of 'America's Team' is inherently subjective and varies by fan base.

Eric Musselman will be 'Mr. March' if Arkansas beats Kansas

[Eric] Muss is one game away from officially being Mr. March. If he takes down Kansas, I think he's Mr. March because that would be two straight years where he takes down a one seed and he'd go to another Sweet 16.

Arkansas did beat #1 seed Kansas (72-71) to reach the Sweet 16 in 2023, fulfilling the condition.

UNC getting into the tournament is the biggest miscarriage of justice in 20 years

This is one of the biggest miscarriage of justices that I have seen in all my years covering college basketball... North Carolina was one and 12 against quad one opponents. That is just a fact of life... My heart breaks for West Virginia, it breaks for Indiana that North Carolina got this opportunity instead of them.

Automatic Qualifiers (AQs) should always play on Thursday/Friday, while at-large teams play in the First Four

I think if you're good enough to get an automatic qualifier to the NCAA tournament, you deserve to partake in the Thursday and Friday of the first week... put the last eight at large teams in the first four, it would reward these programs again at the lower level and give them the NCAA tournament experience.

Tom Izzo and Michigan State will return to the Final Four this year

I've got Auburn against then Michigan State in a regional final Atlanta. And I've got Tom Izzo getting back to the final four.

Michigan State lost to Auburn in the Elite Eight (70-64) and did not make the Final Four. Auburn advanced instead.
