The solution to Miami's football struggles is to hire a massive cheater and pay more money to players

Miami is a really easy problem to solve. It's like just let them cheat. Just hire the biggest possible cheater. Pay more. All the time. Find another guy that's got a Ponzi scheme going there and let him run the program again.

This is a satirical take on the culture of college football recruiting and Miami's specific history.

Kirk Cousins was not the main reason the Vikings lost to the 49ers

I'm not going to sit here and do the lazy Kirk Cousins stinks, he can never win a big game. He wasn't good, but his offensive line was worse, and I'm not going to put all the blame on Kirk Cousins. To me, this game was way more about the Niners' defense than Kirk Cousins screwing up royally.

While subjective, the 49ers defense did record 6 sacks and held the Vikings to 147 total yards, supporting the claim that the O-line/Defense matchup was the primary factor.

The Cleveland Browns franchise is built around immediate success

The Browns franchise is built around immediate success. Listen, when you're the Cleveland Browns, you can't afford to give up two more weeks to wait to hire the right coach. It's a win now [mentality].

The Browns have historically been the opposite of a 'win now' franchise, characterized by frequent coaching changes and losing seasons.

The divisional round exit is the ceiling for the current Minnesota Vikings

This is their ceiling. And it's a pretty good ceiling. I mean, you made the divisional round of the playoffs. You won a road playoff game in New Orleans... You should be happy with this, kind of. Eventually they're going to get exactly where they are every single time with Kirk Cousins.

The Vikings didn't win another playoff game with Kirk Cousins before he left in 2024, confirming this was indeed their peak.

Miami should be ranked ahead of Notre Dame because they won the head-to-head matchup

I look at what matters on the field. They... actually played. Miami led the whole game. They won. I don't understand [them being ranked lower]. Miami should be ahead of Notre Dame.

This is an opinion on committee logic and ranking principles.

Texas Tech can win the National Championship because of their defense

I am in the belief that Texas Tech can do it with that defense... Texas Tech is a 'yes' for me [to win a national title] because of that defense. They're going to be stretched where they haven't been stretched before.

Texas Tech did not win the national championship. Indiana defeated Miami 27-21.

The AFC playoffs will go through New England because the Patriots are the most solidified team in the conference.

I've been in the belief... that the home field [in the AFC] was gonna go through New England. I, I firmly believe that because of the schedule and seeing them in person Monday night. ... New England is more solidified and I would lean towards them getting home field.

Stanford Steve predicted AFC home-field advantage would go through New England. The Denver Broncos earned the #1 seed in the AFC at 14-3, giving them home-field advantage. The Patriots were the #2 seed. The AFC Championship was played in Denver, not New England (Patriots won 10-7 on the road).
