The Green Bay Packers' run defense is a major red flag

If you look at the Packers defense... it has regressed run defense wise every single week. That's hard to do to get worse every single week. So their run defense is a major red flag.

The Packers finished the 2019 season ranked 23rd in rushing yards allowed and were famously gashed for 285 rushing yards by the 49ers in the playoffs.

Bill Belichick broke Sean McVay's brain and provided the blueprint for the rest of the NFL

I think the correct way to approach this narrative is, did Bill Belichick break Sean McVay's brain? The books, right now, there's a blueprint out there. This is Copycat League, okay? ... The defenses have caught up to Sean McVay's brain.

The Rams offense fell from 2nd in points in 2018 to 11th in 2019, and they missed the playoffs entirely that season, suggesting teams had indeed found ways to slow them down.

Troy Aikman is permanently concussed

He's concussed. He's concussed permanently. When he talks about Jared Goff, he calls him Jared Goff [Goff as in Golf]. I kind of like it. All the time.

This is a comedic insult and clinical diagnosis from a non-medical professional; it cannot be factually verified.

I'm staying off social media to avoid cause trouble and responding to chirps

I decided this year, you know what, I'm not going to cause that much trouble on social media. ... I won't be responding [to Trevor Bauer] anymore.

Bregman did mostly stay quiet until the scandal broke in November 2019, at which point he became the center of a massive social media storm regardless of his own posting habits.

The Ravens are abandoning their draft-and-develop philosophy because they've drafted poorly lately

The Ravens feel like the team for however long, I mean, pretty much their entire history, it's like what they do is they draft really well. They don't have to do these type of moves. And then they do this move... maybe the Ravens haven't drafted as well recently. So now they do have to join everyone else and be these guys.

Subjective analysis of team building strategy.

The Ravens have a three-to-four-year window with Lamar Jackson to go all in and win a Super Bowl

Are the Ravens basically saying Lamar Jackson, he's 29, he's got, we got like a three, four year window where we're gonna have to go all in here? You're kind of forking the road. Are you trying to keep your draft capital to keep reloading around Lamar Jackson? You're like, 'Hey, let's go win this right now.'

The Ravens' success in this window depends on winning a Super Bowl before Lamar Jackson hits his 30s.

The NFL center market is currently the hottest position market in the world

The center market actually feels like it's the hottest market out there. The Packers signed their center who started seven games signed for 11 million a year. The center market just might be the hottest market in the world.

While 'hottest in the world' is hyperbolic, the sentiment reflects the actual 2026 free agency center market trends.
