The 2019 Packers offense is set up perfectly for a versatile fullback like Danny Vitale

I told him, I did tell you this offense is set up sweet for [Danny Vitale]. I mean, his set of skills, you don't play Lorenzo Neal fullback anymore in the NFL... you're not just sledding downhill, smoking your face mask on another guy's face mask. You gotta be versatile. You gotta be able to catch 20 yard, 30 yard passes downfield and you gotta be able to run the football.

The take is inherently subjective as it assesses a player's fit within a scheme, but Vitale did see increased usage as a 'superback' early in the season before injuries slowed him down.

Society will eventually reach a point where football is played every single day of the year

Eventually, we're going to get to a football season that just goes the entire calendar year, and I'm here for it.

The NFL calendar continues to expand with more games and spring leagues (XFL/USFL) provide year-round football options.

The NFL has the most boring quarterback controversies ever in 2019

This year, we've got the most boring quarterback controversies of all time, perhaps ever in the history of the NFL... Titans [Mariota/Tannehill], Dolphins [Fitzpatrick/Rosen].

Subjective opinion on the level of 'boredom' regarding training camp battles.

Eli Manning is not a starting-caliber NFL quarterback anymore

Eli Manning's not a starting quarterback anymore. [Pat Shurmur] is saying Eli is our quarterback because John Mara is the owner.

Eli Manning was benched for Daniel Jones after Week 2 of the 2019 season, confirming the take.

This 2020 Packers squad is the best Green Bay team in a decade

One of the words that was brought up last year a lot with this Green Bay Packer team was 'soft.' ... but they have seemed to remove that the last six weeks of the regular season... To me, this is the best Green Bay Packer football team probably in a decade.

The 2020 Packers finished with the #1 offense and Aaron Rodgers won MVP. While they lost in the NFC Championship, they are widely considered one of their strongest rosters of the Rodgers era.

Akiem Hicks is the most important player on the Bears' defense

When Akiem Hicks isn't being absolutely dominant in his position, drawing all kinds of attention, Khalil Mack isn't the same guy. He's getting too much double teams, too much attention from offensive coordinators to really be impactful this year.

This is a common football analyst opinion, but inherently subjective regarding player value.

The Bills and Chiefs are the biggest threats to the Packers winning a title

I think the teams truly to worry for the Green Bay Packers are in the AFC. I think it's the Chiefs with their ability to score really fast. And I think it's the Buffalo Bills because Josh Allen somehow grew a hose in the last offseason and can throw the ball at any point in time.

The Chiefs did make the Super Bowl, but the Packers lost to the Buccaneers (an NFC team), so they never faced these AFC threats.
