Ryan Tannehill is a top five quarterback in the NFL

Ryan Tannehill deserves the credit for being an awesome quarterback the last year and a half. One of the top five quarterbacks in the league. Whether you think he's ranked there or not, he's ranked there statistically.

Tannehill finished the season with a 106.5 passer rating (5th in NFL) and led the Titans to the division title, though most would still rank Mahomes, Rodgers, Brady, Allen, and Wilson above him.

Kevin Stefanski should be the NFL Coach of the Year

Kevin Stefanski gets my vote that I don't have, but I'm going to say it anyway. He gets my vote. He gets this podcast vote for coach of the year. The Pardon My Take podcast is getting behind Kevin Stefanski as coach of the year.

Kevin Stefanski won the NFL Coach of the Year award in 2020.

The Bills are good enough to beat the Chiefs and win the Super Bowl

The team that we've seen from the Bills in the last two weeks, they could beat the Chiefs in the playoffs. Yes. If everything goes correctly, like their defense is good enough, Josh Allen is fucking hard enough.

The Bills lost to the Chiefs 38-24 in the AFC Championship game.

The Buccaneers are frauds who rely too heavily on 'flipping the switch'

My question from this game: are the Bucs frauds? I think the Bucs are relying on flipping the switch. And I feel like if you are... the Chiefs can be a flip the switch team. Tom Brady and the Patriots can be a flip the switch team. The Bucs have not done it. So you can't be like, 'Hey, we're going to flip this switch.' I feel like the switch isn't there.

The Buccaneers won the Super Bowl this season, proving they could indeed flip the switch and win against elite teams.

Betting the over on Alabama basketball is a cheat code

Alabama by the way is a cheat code if you want to get in on it. It's just betting their overs. They just never stopped missing. This has been like, oh, two weeks now they're over under for the first half was 45 and a half points last night. They scored 69 in the first half.

The 'cheat code' status of a team's over is based on a specific run of games; eventually, Vegas adjusts the lines.

Tua Tagovailoa's market value is non-existent relative to his contract

Everything's on the table for the Dolphins. Tua could be a fullback. What would you... What do you think the Dolphins would say yes to for a trade for Tua? Like a sixth round pick for Tua? A jugs machine? I don't know what the hell would Tua's market be?

The Dolphins' internal view on 'everything being on the table' is a subjective claim about team strategy.
