Caleb Williams is going to be a great quarterback, and those calling him a bust after three weeks are just nitpicking.

I am undeterred with Caleb Williams. I think Caleb Williams is great. I think he's going to be great. I know people wanna fucking nitpick and say LOL Bears week three, three weeks of the season, he's a bust. That's fine. They could do that. Me, when I go back, when I put my head on my pillow at night, I'm like, Caleb Williams is fucking awesome.

Caleb Williams had an excellent 2025 season under new coach Ben Johnson, throwing for a franchise-record 3,942 yards with a 27-7 TD-INT ratio, leading the Bears to the NFC North title and a playoff win. Big Cat was right that Williams would be great despite early-career nitpicking.

Jayden Daniels' Monday night performance was the best game I've ever seen a quarterback play for the Commanders

What I saw last night made me feel emotions that I have not felt in my cold dead football heart in decades... what really got me excited about Jayden was how he handled like third downs, fourth downs. He was cool. He was directing guys around. He was calm in the pocket... I think that's the best game I've ever seen a quarterback play for my team.

Daniels finished with a 91.3% completion rate, the highest for a rookie in NFL history, supporting the claim that it was a historic performance.

Trevor Lawrence might actually stink, and his regression is being overshadowed by Jayden Daniels' success.

Yeah, he might stink. And I think Shad Khan said before the season, this is the best team that the Jaguars have ever assembled. So to me that does not sound good for Doug Pederson... He just spun into his own guy [spin to nowhere].

Lawrence and the Jaguars struggled throughout the 2024 season, confirming the sentiment of regression.

The Bengals are in deep trouble after starting 0-3 with a defense that can't be fixed

I do think the Bengals are in trouble... only six of the 225 teams that started 0 and 3 in the Super Bowl era have made the playoffs... I don't know where the fixes are on defense. The only fix I have for the Bengals is Joe Burrow has to change his hair color. You can't be 0 and 3 with those frosted tips.

The Bengals did not make the playoffs in 2024.

Shohei Ohtani currently holds both MLB's longest active on-base streak AND longest active scoreless innings streak simultaneously

As of Wednesday, with Shohei Ohtani getting on base and throwing six scoreless innings today, MLB's longest active on-base streak is now up to 43 games. MLB's longest active scoreless innings streak among starting pitchers is now 28.2 innings pitched. Shohei Ohtani has both of them. That's insane.

Big Cat self-corrects noting the scoreless innings streak ended that day, but the 43-game on-base streak was accurate as stated. The core claim about Ohtani's dual dominance was real at the time.

Chet Holmgren has never been anything but a one-seed in his entire basketball career

Do you know that Chet Holmgren in his entire basketball career has never been anything but a one seed while playing? In high school at Minnehaha Academy 2018, one seed; 2019, one seed; 2021, one seed; Gonzaga 2022, he was a one seed; 2023 he missed the NBA season with an injury; and then 2024, 2025, and now this year with the Oklahoma City Thunder, one seed, every single team he's played for has been a one seed.

This checks out — Holmgren's teams have consistently been one seeds throughout his career. The OKC Thunder were indeed a one seed in 2026.

Nikola Jokic holds the fastest triple double in NBA history at 14 minutes and 33 seconds

Jokic holds the record for fastest triple double in NBA history, achieving the feat in just 14 minutes and 33 seconds. The previous record was 17 minutes in 1955.

This stat appears to be AI-generated and potentially inaccurate — the fastest triple double records are hard to verify precisely, and the '1955' comparison seems dubious. Marking as pending since this is a specific verifiable claim that's hard to confirm.
