Kyle Lowry is the absolute worst and most annoying player to watch in the NBA

I'm so happy I don't have to watch Kyle Lowry play anymore. That guy is like, he's the worst. He is literally the worst... I swear if Kyle Lowry spent like maybe even half as much time complaining, he would be double the player. He just complains about every single possession, no matter what.

This is a subjective opinion about a player's watchability and attitude.

The Celtics are a tough matchup for the Warriors in the NBA Finals

The Celtics who I think we all can agree were the better team in this series [vs Heat]... I think that going into this fight, I feel like the Celtics are pretty tough matchup for the warriors.

The Warriors won the series in 6 games, showing the matchup favored Golden State in the end.

Jimmy Butler took the right shot at the end of Game 7

I saw some people being like, that's a bad shot. It's like, dude one, it it's wide open. You know, it's a wide open shot... I want him taking that shot. I have no pro—like I would like to go down swinging like that. If you're a heat fan being like Jimmy Butler, taking that shot, who cares about, you know, whether he's a good three point shooter or not, he just, I want him taking that shot.

Butler missed the shot and the Heat lost, making it factually unsuccessful, though the quality of the shot is a subjective debate.

There should be a 'Most Valuable Loser' award for the best player on the losing team in each playoff series

There should be like a most valuable loser of each [series] because like, I think it's something that needs to be really awarded, but I want to see how the players react to being handed that trophy and the different ways that they discard the trophy immediately.

The NBA does not have such an award, and the Finals MVP (Jerry West) remains the only time a loser won a major postseason individual award. This remains a subjective proposal.

Michigan was definitively the better team in the National Championship and it never felt like UConn was in danger of winning.

Michigan was the better team. We all saw it. It never felt like [the game] was in danger. Like the only moment that I was like, oh, UConn might have a chance, was when there was like maybe five and a half minutes left and Mullens missed that three to cut it to four.

The episode presents Michigan winning the 2026 National Championship as a fact within the show's timeline.

Michigan was the best team all year — outside of Duke, who would have won the championship by a lot

They were the best team. They were the best team all year outside of Duke. 'Cause that actually was my other big takeaway — Duke just completely, Duke beat this Michigan team a month and a half ago.

Subjective comparison of team quality. Duke did beat Michigan during the regular season in 2025-26.

Danny Hurley is 18-1 against the spread in his last four NCAA tournaments, which is insane

Danny Hurley remains 18 and one in the last four tournaments against the spread. How insane is that? Furman is the only one that they didn't cover. That was the first round this year.

This is a factual claim about Hurley's ATS record over the last four NCAA tournaments. Based on UConn's remarkable tournament run, this is plausible and presented as a known stat. Cannot fully verify exact record but the claim is stated as fact.
