Matt Stafford is a hall of Famer and watching him play football is fun. Like his, the the throws he makes And, it, it's, it doesn't feel like it's gratuitous. It's like it's making some of these throws. 'cause he has to make these throws.

Stafford is still active, so his HOF status is pending, but the consensus on his candidacy improved significantly after his Rams Super Bowl win.

I think we can say that the Rams are legit. Like they're, they're a good, they're a good team.

The Rams finished 10-7 and made the playoffs, proving they were indeed a good team in 2023.

A playoff matchup between Matt Stafford and the Detroit Lions would be the meanest thing to ever happen to that franchise

Matt Stafford going to Detroit Lions first home playoff game. Man, that would be brutal. ... That's not fun for anybody. ... That would be the meanest, meanest thing to happen to the Lions. Like of all the things that would be the meanest thing. I don't want that to happen.

This exact scenario happened in the Wild Card round; Stafford returned to Detroit for the Lions' first home playoff game in decades. The Lions won, so it wasn't 'brutal' in the way Big Cat feared for the outcome, but the matchup prediction was spot on.

People only hate on Shai Gilgeous-Alexander's flopping because his play style is fundamentally boring

I actually think the problem with SGA more than anything is he's just boring. That's really what people are upset about. The flopping like sucks. But... more than anything he's just, he's boring because he is a lethal mid-range guy. He doesn't have flashy dunks. He's not doing... He's just methodically an exceptional basketball player.
