The holiday season is officially here, and that means we're subjected to the torture of watching Derek Carr and the Saints on a Thursday night. Big Cat and PFT are ready to wash their eyes out after that performance, but the real story coming out of the game was the Los Angeles Rams. Matt Stafford is playing some of the best football of his career right now, and the guys are starting to look at them as a massive problem for the rest of the NFC.

The Week 16 slate is top-heavy with a massive matchup between the Cowboys and the Dolphins. It is the ultimate meeting of two teams that everyone is waiting to call frauds. Big Cat isn't pulling any punches on the stakes of this game: the loser loses their contender status immediately.

Over in the AFC North, the Steelers are turning to Mason Rudolph to save their season against the Bengals. While the Steelers have looked depressing lately, Big Cat thinks this is exactly the kind of spot where Mike Tomlin finds a way to win just to keep the "never had a losing season" streak alive.

This feels like to me and also no Jamar Chase for the Bengals and DJ reader, which will be very important in my opinion. This feels like the Mike Tomlin Steelers era is on the line. This is for the culture because it's, it's an underdog game at home. No one thinks the Steelers are good. They're very banged up and I think they're gonna win this game.
PFT is looking at the Panthers and Packers game with a very specific prediction. Given how poorly the Packers' defense has played against quarterbacks like Tommy DeVito and Baker Mayfield recently, he’s expecting a career day for the rookie in Carolina.

Edelman gave some incredible insight into the Chiefs' current struggles at wide receiver. Having played with high-level quarterbacks his whole career, he explained that while drops are a mental virus that can spread through a room, the fix is always back to the fundamentals in practice.

We also got Julian's take on the current MVP race. While many are hesitant to give Brock Purdy his flowers, Edelman argued that Purdy is doing far more than just "managing" the game. He’s operating at a level that very few quarterbacks can reach, regardless of the system they play in.

Fantasy Fuccbois got festive with the guys leaning into the holiday spirit. PFT is fully bought into the Tommy DeVito hype, predicting that even the notoriously tough Philadelphia crowd won't be able to resist the charm of the Passing Paisan on Christmas Day.

To wrap things up, the guys shared their Fyre Fests of the week. PFT is mourning the loss of his mustache before visiting his mother for the holidays, and Big Cat is battling a recurring lost voice during the most important stretch of the football season.
If the Dolphins win this weekend, expect PFT to be unbearable on Tuesday's show.
