Matthew Stafford will be a Hall of Famer because every QB with 300+ TDs is in

Numbers will be Hall of Fame worthy because everyone who has over 300 touchdown passes is in the Hall of Fame. Tom Brady obviously going to go. Drew Brees going to go. Peyton Manning, Brett Favre, Dan Marino. Phil Rivers going to go. Rodgers, Roethlisberger going to go. Eli's going to go. Fran Tarkenton is in.

As of 2024, everyone eligible with 300+ TDs is in the Hall of Fame (Rivers, Brees, Eli, etc. aren't eligible yet, but expected). Stafford reached the milestone and later won a Super Bowl, significantly aiding his case.

I'm officially abandoning my Drew Lock 'moxie' take

Drew Lock, I'm ready to abandon. I'm not apologizing. I'm ready to abandon my Drew Lock take, the Moxie take. Please advise me for the most elegant way I can dismount from that take without admitting I was wrong about it.

Drew Lock was eventually traded and became a career backup, confirming Hank's decision to jump ship was correct.

Noah Fant will be an awesome tight end for his second NFL team

I have a take on Noah Fant. I think that Noah Fant is going to be an awesome tight end when he goes to his second team. Yes. That dude is, like, he is baby Eric Ebron... He's just waiting for somebody that – or, like, a decent offense that can get him the ball occasionally.

Fant was traded to the Seahawks (his second team) in 2022. While he has been a solid starter, he has yet to reach 'awesome' elite tight end status.

Cooper Kupp is the most important player on the Rams

Here's a hot take. Team has Aaron Donald, Jalen Ramsey on it. Most important player, Cooper Kupp. I mean, they do look totally different when he's out there. Last year, their offense kind of went to shit... I said it.

While subjective, Kupp's importance was validated in 2021 when he won the Triple Crown and Super Bowl MVP, proving he was the engine of their championship offense.

The Vikings officially have a Kyler Murray problem

I think we can officially say they have a Kyler Murray problem. Justin Jefferson has reached his point where he's like, 'What the fuck is going on?' So that would be my point. Maybe there's a Kyler Murray issue.

Whether Minnesota had a significant Kyler Murray problem is an evaluative football judgment rather than a definitively resolvable fact.

The Vikings should trade for Kirk Cousins

What if I told you the Vikings could trade for a quarterback that has 18 touchdown passes and a rushing touchdown? Would that be something you think you'd be interested in if you were a Minnesota Viking fan? Kirk Cousins.

Whether Kirk Cousins was traded to Minnesota during the 2026 season is not established by the transcript or reliably known here.

Jalen Warren is a top-five running back

Jalen Warren is the top five running back this year. And it's like watching him play, that changes what I think about the Steelers.

Top-five running back status is ultimately a subjective ranking that cannot be definitively resolved.
