Special teams is the most magnified and important factor in NFL playoff margins
I think in the playoffs, more than anything, it comes true: special teams. Because we make the joke, oh it's a third of the game because it's a cliché and obviously it's not as important as offense/defense, but when you get into the playoffs and the margins are so thin, special teams becomes so, so important and so magnified.

View episodeNew England Patriots success is inevitable and I am done fighting against it
I am done fighting against Hank. I'm done fighting against Patriots fans. It's you, you'd have better luck rooting for the tide not to come in. Michigan was the best team all year — outside of Duke, who would have won the championship by a lot
They were the best team. They were the best team all year outside of Duke. 'Cause that actually was my other big takeaway — Duke just completely, Duke beat this Michigan team a month and a half ago.
Danny Hurley is 18-1 against the spread in his last four NCAA tournaments, which is insane
Danny Hurley remains 18 and one in the last four tournaments against the spread. How insane is that? Furman is the only one that they didn't cover. That was the first round this year.
