The Falcons need to blow up their entire roster and fire Dan Quinn

The Falcons are, blow it up it's too it's just get them all out of my face... fire Dan Quinn and start over. Keep Matt Ryan, but everything else, just bring it down to the fucking bolts and just build it back up.

The Falcons did fire Dan Quinn midway through the following season (2020), and the roster underwent significant changes, though Matt Ryan remained through 2021.

Jameis Winston is the funniest physical comedian in NFL history

This was, in my mind, the quintessential Jameis Winston performance. He is the funniest person I have ever watched in my entire life when it comes to physical comedy. His body makes no sense. He flails everywhere. He had five interceptions, fumbled on back-to-back plays, lost one of them. He started the game first play pick. Ended the game, last play pick.

Subjective, but Jameis Winston's 30-interception season is legendary for its chaotic nature.

It is over for Jameis Winston in Tampa Bay

I can't wait for him to be a backup quarterback, but it's over in Tampa for him.

Winston was not re-signed by Tampa Bay following the 2019 season, replaced by Tom Brady.

Kyle Allen is a legitimate quarterback and has created a controversy for Cam Newton

Kyle Allen has played so well that it's legitimate to say this team, he hasn't lost... if [Cam Newton] comes back, will he be 100% healthy or will he be like – oh, he's 100% healthy, but it's clear that there's still a shoulder issue because if that's the case, then Kyle Allen may be a better quarterback than him.

Kyle Allen eventually cooled off, and Cam Newton was released after the season, though both struggles were largely injury-related.

The goal allowed by the US goalie was the most embarrassing possible

What about the goalie? Yeah, I mean he... that was the most embarrassing goal that I've ever seen. Possible.

While subjective, the blunder by the US goalkeeper (Freeze/Turner) was widely mocked as a 'MAC football' level mistake.

The USMNT is the 'James Franklin Penn State' of soccer

People were making very mean jokes online that we were James Franklin, Penn State. And it is actually perfectly appropriate because if you look at who we played, we beat the teams we're supposed to beat... and then we absolutely got ass fucked by the team that was better than us in Belgium. We are not who we thought we were.

Subjective comparison.

We just suck at soccer as a country and that's okay

My take is we suck at soccer and that's okay. Like, I don't care that we suck at soccer anymore. I'm going to root for the US team. I'm gonna get excited when we're in a World Cup. I'm gonna get hyped up and it's gonna be fun to watch. And then I'm gonna be reminded that we suck at soccer and that it's just gonna be like, okay, yeah, that's okay.

Subjective perspective on American soccer.
