The Rams are a Super Bowl championship level team

I think the Rams are Super Bowl championship level team. 'Cause their defense is also elite... the Rams to me are the best team in the NFC right now.

The Rams were 12-5 and reached the NFCCG. Close to championship level but lost to Seahawks 27-31.

The Commanders are one of the worst teams in the league

I think the Commanders are one of the worst teams in the league. We just lost to the Dolphins... the offense is trash, the defense is also very, very, very bad.

The Commanders were 3-7 and just lost to a 4-7 Dolphins team at the time of the take.

I am not concerned about the Buccaneers; they will still win the NFC South.

I am not super concerned about the [Bucs]. I still think they're gonna win that division. I know the Panthers are breathing down their neck... As long as the Panthers don't get favored anymore games... I'll be okay with that.

PFT predicted the Bucs would still win the NFC South. The Panthers won the NFC South at 8-9 through a tiebreaker over the Bucs and Falcons. The Buccaneers did not win the division and missed the playoffs.

I am not worried about the Panthers catching the Bucs in the NFC South

I'm not worried about the Panthers... Somebody's gotta win the South. It's not exactly the most competitive division. So hopefully we can go ahead and lock that down.

The Panthers won the NFC South at 8-9, catching and passing the Bucs (also 8-9) on a tiebreaker. Zac's lack of worry was misplaced.

Michigan was definitively the better team in the National Championship and it never felt like UConn was in danger of winning.

Michigan was the better team. We all saw it. It never felt like [the game] was in danger. Like the only moment that I was like, oh, UConn might have a chance, was when there was like maybe five and a half minutes left and Mullens missed that three to cut it to four.

The episode presents Michigan winning the 2026 National Championship as a fact within the show's timeline.

Michigan was the best team all year — outside of Duke, who would have won the championship by a lot

They were the best team. They were the best team all year outside of Duke. 'Cause that actually was my other big takeaway — Duke just completely, Duke beat this Michigan team a month and a half ago.

Subjective comparison of team quality. Duke did beat Michigan during the regular season in 2025-26.

Danny Hurley is 18-1 against the spread in his last four NCAA tournaments, which is insane

Danny Hurley remains 18 and one in the last four tournaments against the spread. How insane is that? Furman is the only one that they didn't cover. That was the first round this year.

This is a factual claim about Hurley's ATS record over the last four NCAA tournaments. Based on UConn's remarkable tournament run, this is plausible and presented as a known stat. Cannot fully verify exact record but the claim is stated as fact.
