The Rams are a Super Bowl winning threat because of their matchup advantages

I've been talking about the Rams being a team that I put a future on them to win the Super Bowl like three weeks ago. I think they are a matchup problem for a lot of teams.

The Rams lost in the Divisional Round to the Packers in 2020.

Tom Brady cannot play well in games that start after 8 p.m.

I'm starting to believe the theory that Tom Brady cannot play after 8 p.m. at night. [PFT: I really do think this is true.] And as the game goes on, he gets worse. That interception that he threw in the third quarter... looked like Jameis Winston interceptions.

Brady did struggle in several prime-time games in 2020 (Saints, Rams), though he eventually won the Super Bowl.

The Buccaneers are a team full of names rather than a cohesive football team

It feels like they have a team full of names and not a football team. You know what I mean? They have some great players, but as a cohesive football team, sometimes it's looked bad against really good opponents.

The Bucs eventually proved this wrong by winning the Super Bowl as a very cohesive unit.

The media will start blaming Antonio Brown if the Buccaneers struggle

If the Bucs struggle, they're going to start saying that Antonio Brown, what you get on the field isn't worth what you lose in the locker room. Because – now, I don't fully believe that, but – I do think there's a point where you might have too many weapons.

Brown stayed relatively out of trouble during the 2020 season and helped them win the Super Bowl.

The Lions will win the NFC North

I think they're gonna be really good. Are the Lions on Crosby watch? ... I think them and maybe the Cowboys might be on Crosby watch. ... I think they probably will win the NFC North.

The 2026 NFC North winner will determine whether this prediction was correct.

The Bears could have a top-five offense even if they miss the playoffs

There's a world where the Bears don't make the playoffs, but they're a top-five offense. And our defense is so bad that I can almost—I would be very upset, but I could deal with it.

This resolves when the 2026 regular season ends and Chicago's offensive ranking and playoff status are known.

The Jaguars could win the AFC South

I think the Jaguars are not getting any respect or talked about a lot. I think they're gonna be really good this year. They could win the South. I think Trevor Lawrence is gonna keep going forward.

The Jaguars' season and Trevor Lawrence's 2026 performance will determine the prediction.
