Whoever loses the Dolphins vs. Cowboys game is officially a fraud

I still think that whoever loses Cowboys Dolphins I'm out on officially. The loser of this game. No one will take serious. Yeah.

The Cowboys lost the game 22-20. Both teams then went on to lose in the Wild Card round, largely confirming Big Cat's 'fraud' suspicion for that season.

The Jaguars are currently allergic to the end zone

they had the debacle at the end of the half where the Jaguars are just allergic to the end zone until they, they hit that deep strike. But I have no idea what Doug Peterson was thinking at the end of that half. No, it was, it was all time.

The Jaguars lost 23-7 and did indeed struggle significantly in the red zone during this specific game.

The Bengals are a scary team of destiny with Jake Browning

Now I'm, I'm back to being like Bengals team of destiny. Nick Foles, Jake Browning... the Bengals are, I, I can't believe that the Bengals are like actually kind of a scary team.

The Bengals finished 9-8 and missed the playoffs in a crowded AFC, so they weren't exactly a 'team of destiny' this year.

Nick Mullens is the ultimate backup gunslinger because you always want to watch him

Nick Mullens... he's the ultimate like backup gunslinger. Right. Yeah. I don't think a team will ever commit to Nick Mullens as being like the guy ever. But he's fun. At least you'll say this about Nick when he plays, you wanna watch the game because he's gonna do some crazy shit.

Mullens' subsequent performances in 2023 continued to feature high yardage and high turnovers, confirming his status as a high-variance backup.

Michigan was definitively the better team in the National Championship and it never felt like UConn was in danger of winning.

Michigan was the better team. We all saw it. It never felt like [the game] was in danger. Like the only moment that I was like, oh, UConn might have a chance, was when there was like maybe five and a half minutes left and Mullens missed that three to cut it to four.

The episode presents Michigan winning the 2026 National Championship as a fact within the show's timeline.

Michigan was the best team all year — outside of Duke, who would have won the championship by a lot

They were the best team. They were the best team all year outside of Duke. 'Cause that actually was my other big takeaway — Duke just completely, Duke beat this Michigan team a month and a half ago.

Subjective comparison of team quality. Duke did beat Michigan during the regular season in 2025-26.

Danny Hurley is 18-1 against the spread in his last four NCAA tournaments, which is insane

Danny Hurley remains 18 and one in the last four tournaments against the spread. How insane is that? Furman is the only one that they didn't cover. That was the first round this year.

This is a factual claim about Hurley's ATS record over the last four NCAA tournaments. Based on UConn's remarkable tournament run, this is plausible and presented as a known stat. Cannot fully verify exact record but the claim is stated as fact.
