Lorenzo Neal belongs in the NFL Hall of Fame

I personally do [think he belongs in the Hall of Fame]... I don't know what the credentials or the criteria is for a fullback, but the man has blocked for me, LaDainian Tomlinson, who's in the Hall of Fame, Corey Dillon, who's in the Hall of Fame, Adrian Murrell. I think everybody that ran behind Lorenzo has had a breakout year. And he would do things that most fullbacks wouldn't do.

Lorenzo Neal has not been inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame as of 2024, despite being a 3-time All-Pro and 4-time Pro-Bowler.

Kyle Shanahan is a quarterback killer

He might be a quarterback killer. If you go back and you look at the quarterbacks that have played under Kyle Shanahan, they put up good stats occasionally, but then after he leaves, it all goes to shit. He's had Johnny Manziel, RG3, that's Rex Grossman III, also the other RG3, John Beck, Matt Schaub, Matt Ryan, who never won another MVP after Kyle Shanahan, and then Jimmy Garoppolo.

While several QBs did see drop-offs, Matt Ryan remained productive for years, and others like Manziel had non-football issues. It is a debatable but strong opinion.

The 49ers did an incredible job of keeping the Trey Lance pick a secret from everyone, including their closest friends

I listened to [Chris Sims'] show on Friday with our internet uncle... it was very clear that Kyle Shanahan and the 49ers did do a good job of telling absolutely no one because I think Chris Sims was like, this is really fucked up. I have this guy's initials on my ankle, and he didn't tell me that they were taking Trey Lance. It actually proved that Kyle Shanahan was right to lie to his best friend.

The 49ers' pick was widely considered a surprise (most expected Mac Jones) until the final moments, confirming the secrecy was effective.

The Cardinals are dedicated to rebuilding their franchise using 'short kings'

I've noticed that the Cardinals are kind of dedicated to rebuilding their franchise using short kings. So, Andy Isabella... Rondale Moore, that's the guy from Purdue, right? He's awesome. Short king that squats like 700 pounds or whatever. It's partially that you don't want Kyler [Murray] to be shorter than all of his receiving options.

The Cardinals did draft several notably short receivers (Moore is 5'7", Isabella is 5'9") during the Kyler Murray era.

Being the first Madden cover athlete is a more iconic accomplishment than winning the Heisman

I'd never thought of that as an accomplishment. But now that you mentioned it, you're absolutely correct. That is an iconic game... If you go back to that first game that I was on, I mean, everybody looks the exact same. Running backs look like linemen. Linemen look like corners... I'm one of one.

Subjective comparison of two massive accolades, but George holds both so he is the primary authority.
