My 'dinner simulator' habit of building food orders and not buying them is a sign of good self-control

Instead of going and making myself a snack or making myself food or ordering food, I'll just pull up the apps, Uber Eats... and I'll just like put together an order of what I would order if I were to get something. And then I clear my cart and I go to bed... It's really good self-control.

Subjective self-assessment of his own behavior.

The Bears will likely end up in Arlington Heights despite the Indiana stadium news

The Indiana has voted to go forward with taking the bears. Having the Bears, holding the Bears in Hammond. While it doesn't actually mean anything, because I still think they're gonna be in Arlington Heights. It is the closest they've ever been to potentially finding a place.

The Bears' stadium saga is ongoing as of early 2026, but the Indiana move remains a secondary possibility to Illinois options.

In 20 years, everyone will regret the decision to put every NFL stadium indoors

I firmly have, have come around to the idea that in 20 years from now, we are all going to regret the fact that we put every single stadium indoors.

This is a subjective long-term cultural prediction that cannot be definitively proven but reflects a common sentiment among purists.

Hosting a Super Bowl is not worth it for a city long-term financially

If you look at the, the long term like financial impacts of hosting Super Bowl, it's not worth it. It's not, it's stupid. It's really not. You just, it Same thing with the Olympics or the World Cup. You just bend over backwards for people.

Many economic studies support this, though it remains a debated topic among urban planners.

The Philadelphia 76ers make the most basketball sense for LeBron James in free agency.

I think it's the Cavs, but I'm reading every report in hopes that it's a Sixers. So I, I just, in my heart of hearts, I can't support Cavs when I want it to be Sixers... Basketball wise, it makes the most sense for sure. I mean it's the one thing that the Sixers are missing. They need, like they don't have a, LeBron could be like a true point guard and be a facilitator for the good players on the, for the stars on the team. And he's a four that could defend multiple positions.

This is inherently subjective, as he is arguing about what makes the 'most sense' rather than strictly predicting where LeBron will sign.

Any man who asks for a blanket because he's cold isn't a real man

Any man who is, who is cold, you're not a man. Is not a man. Not a man. ... Or if they're like, oh, I'm cold. Do you have a blanket that I can use?

Anyone complaining about Bryce Harper being credited with a triple against the Diamondbacks doesn't know baseball

It was. They scored a triple. It was, it's a triple. ... He would've been thrown out for sure. Yeah. But it is a triple and anyone who's complaining about it being a triple does not know ball.

The official scorer did rule it a triple, making Max technically correct according to MLB records.
