Will [Jeff Fisher] get a job? No. ... If anybody is pursuing him, it is either being done very secretly or an owner is going to get to a spot where he says, you know what? I don't like any of these options. Let's go get Jeff Fisher. That's the only way it's going to happen this year.

The Cleveland Browns are going to be good in 2019

I think that they are, we'll get to this later, but Browns, it's looking good for you guys next year. Really good.

The 2019 Browns were a major disappointment, finishing 6-10 despite high expectations.

The Eagles' offensive line deserves more credit for keeping Khalil Mack and the Bears' pass rush clean

I will give credit, Nick Foles, the Eagles' offensive line was unbelievable. They basically kept Khalil Mack and the pass rush pretty much clean all night.

The Eagles' line allowed only one sack and limited pressure against a Bears defense that led the league in many categories, validating the take.

Offensive lines prefer blocking for a pocket statue like Nick Foles over a mobile quarterback like Carson Wentz

There's something about blocking for a guy like Nick Foles as opposed to blocking for a guy like Carson Wentz. You're like, I know Nick Foles is basically a statue. He's going to be in the pocket. I know where I have to block my guy.

This is an inherently subjective theory about offensive line psychology and scheme fit.

The Vikings will trade either JJ McCarthy or Kyler Murray because the loser of the QB battle won't accept being a backup

Whoever loses that quarterback competition isn't going to be very happy. Kyler Murray didn't go there to be the backup. JJ McCarthy feels like he hasn't gotten a fair shake... let's hope we can unload [McCarthy] and then go with three guys. Murray, Carson Wentz... and Max Brosmer.

Training camp is ongoing; the roster moves will likely occur before week one or by the trade deadline.

Baker Mayfield might sign with the Steelers for less money just to spite the Buccaneers for not paying him

Once [Baker Mayfield] is a free agent, it doesn't matter if somebody else is offering less, he could take less just as a middle finger to the Buccaneers for not paying him when they had the chance. I could see him taking less money to go to Pittsburgh... Pittsburgh is the perfect destination for him.

Mayfield is currently under contract with Tampa Bay; this refers to his future free agency move.
