Aaron Rodgers visiting the Steelers during the NCAA Tournament proves he only cares about himself

He spent six hours of NCAA Tournament Friday meeting with the other coaches on the Pittsburgh Steelers. That's a selfish move. That of all days tells me Aaron Rodgers only cares about himself.

The claim that he only cares about himself based on a meeting schedule is a subjective character judgment.

Hammocks are more afraid of you than you are of them

Hammocks are more afraid of you than you are of them. My take is that that's a fact. Some of us aren't pussies and it's extreme sports. It's like extreme sleeping. Big Mattress is trying to steer you away from hammocks. Anytime somebody dies in a hammock, it becomes a big news story like a shark attack.

The claim that hammocks are 'more afraid of you' is metaphorical/satirical and the safety comparison to bears is hyperbolic for comedic effect.

Dan Hurley being an asshole is good for college basketball

If your job is to talk about sports, I want more Dan Hurleys. I don't want people giving cliche answers. I want guys who have some type of personality that is not just, you know, 'we're gonna do our best out there.' Saying he's bad for the sport is just stupid to me.

Whether a coach is 'good for the sport' is subjective and depends on if you value entertainment/intensity over traditional sportsmanship.

Sportsmanship should stop at the Little League level

The sportsmanship stops at Little League. That's really what it is. Like when people are like, oh, you gotta win class. You gotta do the—that shit is not for high level college basketball, high level pro sports. I don't care. I want bad losers. I want people who are, who crash out when they lose.

This is an inherently subjective philosophy on sports culture.

The 4-1 loss to Belgium was the worst USMNT performance in years

That was the worst performance from the US that I've seen in years. Just completely lackluster from the start. So much blame to go around. Tim Ream, friend of the program, good guy over the hill, turned into soccer Shawn Bradley before our very eyes got dunked on twice.

Subjective opinion on the quality of the performance.

Christian Pulisic was a 'no-show' and looked like he didn't care against Belgium

Christian Pulisic, the long anointed Captain America future face of this league for American soccer. Absolute no show of a game, I would say worse than a no show of a game. And then he checks himself out. Just looks lackluster, looks like he doesn't care at all. Had the most turnovers on the field of anybody. That played just really, really, really bad.

Subjective evaluation of Pulisic's effort and performance.

The US will never close the skill gap compared to the rest of the world in soccer

People will never close the skill gap. USA will never close the skill gap compared to the rest of the world in soccer.

Historically, the US has struggled to produce technical talent on par with Brazil or Europe.
