Eli Apple is the most disliked player in the NFL

Do you think that there's a more disliked player in the NFL than Eli Apple? Cause they picked on him and it was like every single player that was watching the game, current players, were just roasting the fuck out of him. Like he was getting just dragged by guys that are like the third wide out on some of the worst teams.

While 'most disliked' is subjective, the social media vitriol from peers (Mecole Hardman, etc.) at the time was unprecedented for a non-star.

Cooper Kupp just had one of the greatest wide receiver seasons of all time

I would say off the top of my head, [Cooper Kupp] is up there now with greatest wide receiver seasons of all time. In terms of his regular season and then what he did in the playoffs and what he did on that fourth quarter when it was pretty much they can't run the ball... the whole world knew it was going to Cooper Kupp and you still couldn't stop Cooper Kupp.

Kupp won the Triple Crown, Offensive Player of the Year, and Super Bowl MVP in the same season, statistically confirming it as one of the best WR seasons ever.

The Rams were definitively the best team in the NFL this season

I'm walking away from this season not being like, oh man, it feels like the best team didn't win. All the Rams were the best team. They kicked the shit out of the Cardinals, they slayed the dragon in Tampa Bay and made Tom Brady retire, they then beat the boogeyman and Kyle Shanahan and the 49ers, and then they beat the Bengals. The Rams are a very good team.

They won the Super Bowl after a dominant playoff run, making them the de facto best team of the season.

The NFL has a 'super team' problem because the last two winners were built this way

I want to get ahead of the take because someone's about to drop this one. Does the NFL have a super team problem? Cause the last two super bowls were ruined by super teams.

The 'super team' trend in the NFL (Rams, Bucs) didn't actually persist as strongly in the following years with the Chiefs and Eagles winning/appearing.

The Knicks will probably win the series in five games or even sweep the Cavs

I still think that the, the Knicks are probably gonna win in five. They could even pull off the sweep. I guess the only real question we have for you, 'cause we already, we declared that the New York Knicks have won the series after game one. Correct.

The series is currently ongoing with the Knicks leading 2-0.

The NBA should rebrand the 'granny shot' as the 'pimp grip' to encourage players to use it

Nobody, no player in the NBA wants to shoot a free throw granny style. But if it's pimp grip, that sounds pretty fucking cool. Listen, if it goes in, it doesn't matter. Like if he and he would, he actually probably get some endorsements from it.

This is a comedic suggestion and not a verifiable fact claim.

I want the Thunder to win so we can love Victor Wembanyama longer before the inevitable hate cycle starts

I know who I want to win. I want the Thunder to win this series. And the reason why I want the thunder to win this series is because I think if the thunder win, we get to restart the clock on how much longer we get to love Weby before we hate 'em. If the Spurs win this series and then they win their first championship and Weby dominates, we're gonna eventually hate Weby.

The outcome of the series is pending, and the 'hate cycle' is a subjective sociological prediction.
