Having a slow pass rush is actually an advantage against Lamar Jackson because it maintains contain

Is it maybe sneaky a good thing that our pass rush on the end sucks against Lamar [Jackson]? Because you naturally keep contain because you're not good enough to get downfield and turn that corner. They're so slow they can't physically give up contain.

While funny, Lamar Jackson still had 323 passing yards and 40 rushing yards in a Ravens win, suggesting 'contain' wasn't much of a hurdle.

Brock Purdy is just flat out good

Brock Purdy's just good. He has wheels. He is moving around. He's throwing guys open. Yeah, he's good.

Purdy has consistently performed as a top-tier QB since taking over for the 49ers.

The Phillies are in a downhill spiral and their window is closed

Philly's lost the game. They looked like shit. It's exact same thing that went on from 2009 to 2011 of the Phillies... and then what I am saying, yes, it is the same thing. Like it is just a downhill spiral with no World Series. There's no hope. There's no hope. And the window's closed for every team.

The Phillies have been a perennial contender, but this is a subjective view on their future window.

The Mets are a team of destiny

The Mets are too fucking good. The Mets are really fucking good. They're a team of destiny. I've said it and I'll say it again.

The Mets had a legendary 'Grimace' fueled run that took them all the way to the NLCS, far exceeding expectations.

The Chiefs' window never closed

I don't think we ever actually closed the Chiefs' window. I think Mahomes was just in bed because he was injured, far away from the window.

The Chiefs' long-term contention status is ultimately subjective, though their dynasty remained active at the time of the episode.

Mahomes will be back to himself by season's end

By the end of this season, Mahomes is gonna be back to being Mahomes.

Whether Mahomes returned to his established level by the end of the 2026 NFL season had not yet been resolved.

The Oregon loss could turn Dan Lanning into a psychopath

I don't think that Dan Lanning has slept since that loss. I think Dan Lanning has turned into an absolute psycho because of this loss. He's sick. It actually might be a dangerous thing for the rest of the Big Ten that Oregon lost that game.

Whether the loss made Oregon more dangerous over the rest of the season is a future, testable team-performance claim.
