The NFL just conducted an investigation to Hue Jackson's claims that he was paid to throw games and they concluded that. No, it's literally impossible to tell whether or not Hue Jackson was intentionally losing games or if he was just being Hue Jackson, since there's such a big body of work behind them to establish the fact that this is what Hue Jackson does.
