Kyle Shanahan... he has the biggest blown lead in Super Bowl history when he was the offensive coordinator... and then he blew a 10 point lead in the fourth quarter of Super Bowl 54... and then this ties obviously... three Super Bowls as a OC and head coach. Three double digit leads.
