Will the Washington Wizards finish in the top eight seeds in the east going into the play-in at the end of the regular season? Yes. At the end of the regular season, will they be a top eight seated team? I'm obviously taking the over on that and that would put them outside the play in this year. But I'm taking the over on it, so I feel like it's a good bet.
