Scotty Scheffler is more likely to win the PGA by 10 than finish outside the top 10

I think there's a better chance Scotty [Scheffler] wins by 10 than he doesn't finish in the top 10. I think this is a great opportunity for Scotty to kind of go back to back at the PGA.

Scottie Scheffler did not win the PGA Championship 2026 by 10 strokes; he finished in a tie for 14th place. Aaron Rai won the tournament by three strokes. Shane Bacon's prediction that Scheffler winning by 10 was more likely than him finishing outside the top 10 was incorrect, as Scheffler finished outside the top 10 and did not win by 10.

Victor Wembanyama will be the best center of all time in every skill set

[Wembanyama] is evolving so fast as a center. Like the knock against [him] a couple months ago was like, he doesn't really have that great offensive low post game. And now we're seeing that Oh yeah, Wemby can do that too. He's gonna be able, he's gonna be the best center of all time at like every skill set by the time it's all said and done.

This is a long-term career projection that cannot be resolved for many years.

Dylan Harper should be starting. Dylan Harper might be the best guard on that team. And I understand that they've got two other players that they're paying significant amounts of money to. But I feel like Dylan Harper is the best player on that team.

Rory McIlroy's foot blister will ruin his chances at the PGA Championship

I think it's gonna hurt his chances honestly. Have you ever played golf on a blister? We'll see how, I mean, I think it's gonna hurt his chances honestly.

Rory McIlroy finished tied for 7th place at the 2026 PGA Championship with a score of -4, while Aaron Rai won the tournament at -7. Although McIlroy recovered after a poor first round (74) and was in contention during the final rounds, his overall performance and failure to win suggest his chances were indeed 'hurt' as Hank predicted, especially considering he was a strong contender going into the tournament.

Bryson DeChambeau must get away from single-length irons to fix his game

He uses these single length irons... Nobody's using single length irons except Bryson. I just think he's gotta get away from that and at least try something different with the irons. 'cause the iron play is just not good enough right now to win major championships.

My pick is gonna be Victor Hovland... I just like the way Victor's played. Got the win over Scotty Scheffler. That's gotta help the confidence... I think Victor Hovland has found something. He's the guy that rides the confidence wave as well. I think Hovland's the open champion.

Wyndham Clark is 'free money' for a top 20 finish at the 2026 Open Championship.

Wyndham is a top 10 bet right now. Wyndham is a top 10 bet everywhere. Like everywhere he plays, top 10, very confident... I just think if you're looking at numbers, look at Wyndham Clark and you see a decent number on a top 10, top 20 bet. I think it's kind of free money right now with Wyndham Clark.
