Teachers are not blue-collar workers

I don't think the teacher is [blue-collar]. I would say no to that... I don't I think they eat in the cafeteria. [Big Cat: It's mental blue-collar.] I don't know if a teacher is, and it's no disrespect to teachers out there... But I, I don't think they'd say it's blue-collar.

The definition of 'blue-collar' is subjective, though traditionally it refers to manual labor, which supports Jerry's literal point.

Pete Carroll is having more fun with Geno Smith than he did with Russell Wilson

I actually think that Pete Carroll's having more fun with Geno Smith as his quarterback. It's a combination of like, okay, weirdo Russ isn't around so I don't have to worry about placating him all the time... If I win a game with Geno Smith, that's pretty cool. If I lose, who really cares.

While subjective, the Seahawks' 2022 season was widely considered a 'fun' success where Carroll and Geno Smith appeared rejuvenated.

George Kittle should receive fantasy points for run blocking

A lot of people are like, Hey, when are they gonna get Kittle involved? Kittle is involved in the run game and I think he actually everything, I think George Kittle should get fantasy points for run block. Because he's one guy that does make that much of a difference.

Fantasy platforms do not currently award points for blocking, and likely never will due to data collection complexities.

The Detroit Lions won the Jared Goff/Matthew Stafford trade from a purely passer perspective

It's time to ask like who really won that trade Cat? The Rams or the Lions. [Big Cat: I'd want Jared Goff.] That's smart. So it's time to ask like who really won that trade... I mean Super Bowls, that's a team stat. Just from a purely passer perspective.

The Rams won a Super Bowl, which is the ultimate goal, but Goff's resurgence in Detroit made this a legitimate debate by late 2022.

Mike Tomlin has to be fired by the Steelers

Regardless of what happens next week, Tomlin's gotta go. I mean, he just gotta go. It's stale. He has a losing record in the playoffs. He refuses, he changes offensive coordinators all the time. Defense coordinators, the seasons all look the same... everything is always the same because it's Mike Tomlin.

The Steelers have shown zero inclination to fire Mike Tomlin, who signed an extension through 2027 in 2024.

The Steelers will beat the Texans in the playoffs

If they win on Sunday night, they will beat the Texans. That's a fact. I'm not worried about the Texans. I was worried about the Bills and the other teams and the Jaguars. But I think they could beat the Texans.

The Steelers lost to the Texans 6-30 in the Wild Card round.

The Steelers will win at least two playoff games this season

I'm thinking two playoff wins... Minimum two playoff wins right now. And listen, I mean, can you say [Aaron] Rogers has been pretty damn good this year? Yes... He's dialed in.

The Steelers lost in the Wild Card 6-30 to the Texans. Zero playoff wins, far from the predicted two.
